I’m a marketer; how do I attract affiliates?

My site is run on Shopify, and I have an affiliate signup page. How do I go and detect and engage quality affiliates that can help me sell my product?

FYI, my product retails for $75, and I can pay out $15.

I appreciate any advice/ tip-off anyone can provide.
